We are a lean and mean organization with only 30 employees, we are still one of the fastest growing marketing and sales agencies within the $787.5 billion franchise industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

+ Responsible for leveraging client partner budgets to drive lead generation through various digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Social, email, and lead nurturing
+ Oversee’s marketing spend for Raintree clients within portfolio
+ Partners closely with Brand Management Team and Franchise Owners to create best-in-class
+ Evaluate and optimize current and proposed marketing strategies making recommendations to the Marketing Director.

Reporting and Analytics

+ Partners closely with the head of IT to create succinct, timely reports for our clients on a bi-monthly basis
+ Through reporting and various analytics platforms, monitor and optimize campaign performance
+ Segmentation of CRM databases to drive more effective lead generation campaigns

Brand Partner Relations

+ Communicate effectively with brand Founders and representatives to create transparency and ultimately build trust and increase rapport with brand partner
+ Prepare reports and create marketing strategies for brand partner review
+ Monthly Call with Partner Brands:

– Reviewing Campaign Performance Results
– Strategy Reviews and further recommendations
– Cross Platform Campaign Setup and management

+ Further Monthly Internal Brand Meetings to review strategies and campaign performance
+ Interacting with Brand Founders, COO, Marketing Directors to implement cross channel digital campaigns

Vendor Management

+ Frequent campaign update calls and meetings to monitor and optimize various lead generation campaigns
+ Experience in implement omni channel lead gen campaigns working with various vendors including Advertising Agencies, Marketing Agencies, Web developers, ZoHo Vendors and digital platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Programmatic etc.
+ As a steward of the brands budgets, work closely with PR, SEO, PPC and other marketing vendors to ensure strong return on investment on all lead generation vendors
+ Regular communication with each vendor to ensure all campaigns are optimized and improving
Act as the primary voice representing your RainTree teammates and brand partners feedback

Skills and Background:

+ Experience building and management marketing campaigns and reporting on the results
+ Strong Experience in Digital Marketing
+ Competence as a creative writer with experience in emails campaigns and landing page creation
+ Experience in CRM (ZoHo Experience is a big plus)
+ Proven experience and certification in Google Analytics and Search Console
+ Proven Experience in PPC Campaign Management
+ General marketing copywriting skills including blog, digital ads, and other marketing channels & collateral

Franchise Development Director

Who You Are:

+ You’ve got at least 7 years experience in selling franchises
+ You’ve got references to attest to your high conversion rates in your previous roles
+ You’re a lifelong learner, and are excited about learning and adopting modern strategies and tactics in the franchise sales process
+ You’re comfortable with technology and love how CRMs make your sales process more efficient
+ You can juggle a few balls at a time! You’re excited about representing up to 3 different franchise brands at one time
+ You’re comfortable working directly with the Founders of franchise brands and work well with A type personalities
+ You’re truly a team player. While you’re driven to show your individual results, you get excited about the bigger “team wins”


What Will You Do?

+ Sell franchises! And sell a lot of them!
+ Work closely with 6 teammates from designers, copywriters, lead generators, lead qualifiers and brand manages to bring elite results to the brand you represent and lead
+ Work carefully in our state-of-the-art CRM to ensure your prospects get immediate, personalized and value-driven content at all stages of the education process
+ Report directly to the President of the company
