Who You Are:

+ You’ve got at least 7 years experience in selling franchises
+ You’ve got references to attest to your high conversion rates in your previous roles
+ You’re a lifelong learner, and are excited about learning and adopting modern strategies and tactics in the franchise sales process
+ You’re comfortable with technology and love how CRMs make your sales process more efficient
+ You can juggle a few balls at a time! You’re excited about representing up to 3 different franchise brands at one time
+ You’re comfortable working directly with the Founders of franchise brands and work well with A type personalities
+ You’re truly a team player. While you’re driven to show your individual results, you get excited about the bigger “team wins”


What Will You Do?

+ Sell franchises! And sell a lot of them!
+ Work closely with 6 teammates from designers, copywriters, lead generators, lead qualifiers and brand manages to bring elite results to the brand you represent and lead
+ Work carefully in our state-of-the-art CRM to ensure your prospects get immediate, personalized and value-driven content at all stages of the education process
+ Report directly to the President of the company

Raintree is looking for a Director of Operations to take charge and help lead our team to coordinate a group of people to build new systems, process and ultimately improve sales results for our partner brands.


What Will You Do?

Operations
+ Ensure delivery and drive profit
+ Explore and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
+ Review processes with project teams for improvements in deliverability
+ Discover and manage partnerships with key vendors
+ Build culture and team relationships
+ Be involved in and a key team player in organizational leadership and strategic planning

Management
+ Manage Internal Teams
+ Design and implement onboarding programs for each department
+ Design and implement new employee training and ongoing education programs.
+ Work with Department Heads to forecast schedules, understand priorities and allocate tasks.
+ Lead onboarding of new partner brands through onboarding program
+ Plan, organize and lead teams for internal initiatives and ensure accountability.
+ Set critical numbers for the team and individuals for regular benchmarking and review.
+ Monitor for marketing or sales issues to escalate and assemble as well as lead a team to quick solutions.

Technology
+ Assist in automations and improving technology across all departments with the goal of creating a more cohesive and efficient Team:
+ Work with Automations Manager to explore and implement strategies to improve CRM and improve cross-departmental cohesion
+ Explore and implement new project management tools
+ Manage key technology vendors and liaise with on behalf of department heads
+ Assist in data reporting, analysis and communication of data to internal departments, along with recommending action plans to help + improve results
+ Assist in data reporting and communication to key external stakeholders
+ Create new benchmarks and department specific KPIs and inject into reporting processes


Are You the Right Fit?

+ You must have at least 5 years experience in an Operations Manager or Director role
+ An understanding of and appetite to work in a fast paced marketing and sales agency
+ Previously been in a role that has included process improvement.
+ Must demonstrate a deep and wide breadth of knowledge in digital marketing, technology, and media.
+ Deep technical knowledge a plus.
+ A solid team player who works well both autonomously and within a wider team
+ You pride yourself on your work ethic
+ You like people, and people like you!

Franchise Development Manager

Position Overview

Do you have a passion for entrepreneurship? Do you like the idea of learning a number of business models, and then being able to sell to first time business owners or current entrepreneurs who are looking to add to their business portfolios?

At Raintree, we place individuals into various franchise opportunities. We have applicants from all over the country who are interested in learning about our franchise brands, and we are looking for our next Franchise Development Manager to work with them all.

We are looking for individuals just like us, who see the potential of the sales and marketing world. You understand how lucrative it can be, how fun it can be, the diverse skills it will teach you and the broader range of opportunities it provides you with. You have game, and you don’t want it to be wasted or unnecessarily stalled by the corporate world!


Your Role:

As the Development (sales) Manager for 1-3 franchise brands, you will firstly be required to intimately learn the various the industries and business models of each brand, so that you can confidently articulate the selling proposition of each, and most importantly, help identify individuals who may be a fit for the brand.

Specifics Include:

+ Responding to all new leads with lightning fast speed
+ Effectively communicating the franchise opportunity and careful explanation of overall process to interested leads
+ Carefully utilizing CRM to trigger automations for leads
+ Collaboration with Marketing Team to improve lead generation results
+ Collaboration with Senior Sales Team’s to ensure consistency and effectiveness of sales process
+ Participation in social selling via LinkedIn and Facebook

 

We Are Looking For:

+ Sales game: Some solid experience in all types of sales is a must.

+ Phone-skills: You’ll be comfortable getting on the phone, talking with entrepreneurs all day long and in an attempt to determine a fit for one of our franchise opportunities!

+ CRM Experience: You understand Salesforce, or any other CRM, and know how important it is to a solid sales process

+ Work Ethic: You want to be very successful, and you understand there are no shortcuts to success. You’re ready to put in the hours and earn it.

+ You’re likable! We have a great team here of like-minded go-getters. We work hard, but we have a lot of fun together too. You’ll fit in with the team and enjoy coming to work each day.
