Franchise Development Manager

Position Overview

At Raintree, we place individuals into various franchise opportunities. We have applicants from all over the country who are interested in learning about our franchise brands, and we are looking for our next Franchise Development Manager to work with them all.

You have game, and you don’t want it to be wasted or unnecessarily stalled by the corporate world!

Your Role:

As the Development (sales) Manager for 1-3 franchise brands, you will firstly be required to intimately learn the various the industries and business models of each brand, so that you can confidently articulate the selling proposition of each, and most importantly, help identify individuals who may be a fit for the brand.

Specifics Include:

+ Responding to all new leads with lightning fast speed
+ Effectively communicating the franchise opportunity and careful explanation of overall process to interested leads
+ Carefully utilizing CRM to trigger automations for leads
+ Collaboration with Marketing Team to improve lead generation results
+ Collaboration with Senior Sales Team’s to ensure consistency and effectiveness of sales process
+ Participation in social selling via LinkedIn and Facebook


We Are Looking For:

+ Sales game: Some solid experience in all types of sales is a must.

+ Phone-skills: You’ll be comfortable getting on the phone, talking with entrepreneurs all day long and in an attempt to determine a fit for one of our franchise opportunities!

+ CRM Experience: You understand Salesforce, or any other CRM, and know how important it is to a solid sales process

+ Work Ethic: You want to be very successful, and you understand there are no shortcuts to success. You’re ready to put in the hours and earn it.

+ You’re likable! We have a great team here of like-minded go-getters. We work hard, but we have a lot of fun together too. You’ll fit in with the team and enjoy coming to work each day.

Typical hours 8am – 5pm at Raintree offices in Denver, CO.
