Thank you for your interest in presenting Voodoo Brewery to your clients! As the Brand Manager, I work directly with consultants on a daily basis hosting education calls, answering questions, providing content and photos for ads, and whatever else you might need to be successful. Once you refer a client to Voodoo Brewery they will be working specifically with Development Director, Mike Edwards, through the education process. We look forward to working with you and ultimately closing deals together!

Lana Mazin | Director of Brand Development

The Voodoo Brewery Education Process

In an effort to be a great partner and communicate in real-time, any consultant who sends us a referral will receive automated emails as your client progresses through the above process as well as regular check-ins with the Development Director. We feel communication is key to working together and ultimately closing deals!

PROSPECT

Once we receive your referral, we enter your client’s information into our CRM and park them at this stage. Within 15 minutes of adding them to the CRM, they will receive an email and a text message asking them to schedule a call with the Development Director. If they do not schedule a call at this point, we email and text them again 3 days later and then 8 days after that.

INITIAL CALL

Once an initial call is scheduled, individuals are moved into this stage. If you would like to be part of the initial call, we are happy to host you- just let the Development Director know as they are scheduling!

FDD REVIEW

After reviewing the business model, the Development Director will review our FDD with your client. Your client receives a link to our FDD and during the call, the Development Director walks them through the entire document and answers questions to make sure they feel comfortable.

VALIDATION CALLS

During validation calls, your client will have the opportunity to speak directly to current Voodoo Brewery Franchise Owners. This is a two-fold process; prospects get to ask questions about what it’s like to own and operate a Voodoo and current Owners get to learn a little about your client, and provide feedback on whether or not they feel they are a good fit.

DISCOVERY DAY

At Discovery Day, your client will meet the corporate team, tour a few Voodoo Brewery locations, and learn everything they need to know to make a decision for themselves and their families. By the end of the day, they should have a comprehensive view of the brand and our corporate team will be able to decide if they are a good fit for the system.

EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW

If all went well at Discovery Day, your client will be invited to a final interview with the Voodoo Brewery corporate team. This interview is just to confirm both parties would like to move forward and to discuss expectations for the future.

FRANCHISE AWARDED

Congratulations, it has been mutually decided this is a great fit for both parties! Thank you for referring us the perfect Voodoo Brewery partner. At this point, you should feel satisfied you just changed an entrepreneur’s life, and to thank you for your effort, we are happy to write you a commission check!

Features to Highlight When Presenting Voodoo Brewery

A BREWERY WITHOUT BREWING

Let’s face it, no one can brew beer like us… But that’s ok! We don’t ask our Franchise Owners to brew anything at their locations. All beers are crafted by the Voodoo Brew Master at our central production facility and shipped directly to the doorstep of our franchised locations. Not only does this over simplicity and convenience, but it also lowers the initial investment and overhead. You don’t even want to know how much brewing equipment costs!

TOP-NOTCH ECONOMICS

We offer investment lower than any other brewing franchise combined with exceptional profit margins. Across the system, our Average Gross Sales are $586,202 with our top location hitting $1,143,971!

FEWER HEADACHES

Just like a European beer hall, at Voodoo customers order and pick up food and drinks at a counter. This model allows Owners to run a brewery with a lean staff of around six employees. As we all know, the fewer employees, the fewer headaches- and the increased ability for our Owners to maximize their ROI.

LOTS OF WAYS TO MAKE $$

While 60%- 70% of our sales come from alcohol (including well-curated, barrel-aged mixed drinks) Voodoo Brewery Owners sell much more than that! 25%-35% of our sales are food and 3%-5% are retail merchandise. We also sell non-alcoholic drinks including nitro coffee and nitro teas for guests who don’t wish to indulge. All our merch is specific to each location and we love the free marketing that comes from loyal customers wearing our gear.

GLOBAL PROPS

Voodoo Brewery boasts a cult-like following around the world. While we do not have any international locations, we are present at top tier international beer festivals and are often asked to partake in collaborations with European companies. This recognition has led us to be considered a Top 50 Brewery which gives our Franchise Owners not only bragging rights but also credibility in the industry.

DIFFERENT IS COOL

At Voodoo, we strive to break the mold and embrace the non-traditional. So, while there are guidelines Franchise Owners must follow, we do encourage individuality. We encourage Owners to be creative in the decor of their space and their menu and incorporate local products whenever possible.
