As the Brand Manager, I work directly with consultants on a daily basis hosting education calls, answering questions, providing content and photos for ads, and whatever else you might need to be successful. Once you refer a client to Toastique they will be working specifically with our Development Director through the education process. The Toastique Education Process
In an effort to be a great partner and communicate in real-time, any consultant who sends us a referral will receive automated emails as your client progresses through the above process as well as regular check-ins with our Development Director. We feel communication is key to working together and ultimately closing deals!
Once we receive your referral, we enter your client’s information into our CRM and park them at this stage. Within 15 minutes of adding them to the CRM, they will receive an email and a text message asking them to schedule a call with the Toastique Development Director. If they do not schedule a call at this point, we email and text them again 3 days later and then 8 days after that.
2. INITIAL CALL
Once an initial call is scheduled, individuals are moved into this stage. If you would like to be part of the initial call, we are happy to host you- just let the Development Director know as they are scheduling!
3. UNIT ECONOMICS
After the initial call, our Development Director will walk your client through our Unit Economics Calculator. This tool will help them estimate the potential profitability and sustainability of a Toastique business.
4. FDD REVIEW
Once our Development Director familiarizes your client with our unit economics, he will review our FDD with your client. Your client receives a link to our FDD and during the call, the Development Director walks them through the entire document and answers questions to make sure they feel comfortable.
5. BUSINESS MODEL REVIEW
If your client feels confident with everything that was reviewed in the FDD, they will then spend time with our Development Director as they explain the complete Toastique business model. This step allows your clients to continue to learn more about what it looks like to operate a Toastique business.
6. CLEARANCE CALL
Here, your client will speak with a member of the Toastique corporate team to make sure this feels like a mutual fit. If this call goes well, Toastique will invite your client to Washington D.C. for Discovery Day!
7. DISCOVERY DAY
At Discovery Day, your client will meet the corporate team, tour a couple Toastique locations, and learn everything they need to know to make a decision for themselves and their families. By the end of the day, they should have a comprehensive view of the brand and our corporate team will be able to decide if they are a good fit for the system.
8. FRANCHISE AWARDED
Congratulations, it has been mutually decided this is a great fit for both parties! Thank you for referring us the perfect Toastique partner. At this point, you should feel satisfied you just changed an entrepreneur’s life, and to thank you for your effort, we are happy to write you a commission check!
The Toastique Development Team
These are the people you will be speaking with and hearing about as your client immerses themselves in the Toastique education process. Our team works closely to ensure your client has all the necessary information they need to make the right decision for themselves and their families!
Mike works directly with clients to take them through the entire education process. He will be your go-to for specific questions on your client’s progress.
Charlotte’s primary focus is consultant education and support. If you have questions on Toastique or want to learn the model more in-depth before referring a client, Charlotte is happy to hop on an education call at any time!
Phil’s primary role is to ensure every candidate referred to Mike is qualified to enter the education process. We are looking for individuals with $150K in liquid capital, $300K in net worth, and who are ready to pull the trigger on a decision within 6 months.
Linton oversees the creation of all Toastique related marketing materials. He works diligently with his team to provide your clients with Franchise Information Reports, Brand Overviews, and websites that accurately portray our value proposition and culture.
Sasha takes all our materials and makes them beautiful! From the website to the prospect presentation, Sasha has designed everything to convey the look and feel of Toastique.
Alana’s focus is capturing the essence of Toastique in our marketing materials and getting your client excited and interested to move forward with our education process.

Not only did our first location far exceed initial sales goals, but we brought in over $1 million in sales in our first full year in business! In addition to that, we remained profitable in the first six months of 2020, despite the global pandemic. In fact, we built our first three corporate locations in 40 days, from the start of demolition to receiving the Certificate of Occupancy! Once opened, our locations are manageable for one person to run alone if sales volume allows.
FLEXIBLE DINING OPTIONS
Our product offerings lend themselves to be eaten at one of our cafés, delivered to a home or office, or taken out. There is also unlimited potential for large catering opportunities as all of our menu items can be easily translated to a buffet or tray-passed form.
