As the Brand Manager, I work directly with consultants on a daily basis hosting education calls, answering questions, providing content and photos for ads, and whatever else you might need to be successful. Once you refer a client to NEXTAFF they will be working specifically with our Development Director through the education process. The NEXTAFF Education Process
In an effort to be a great partner and communicate in real-time, any consultant who sends us a referral will receive automated emails as your client progresses through the above process as well as regular check-ins with the Development Director. We feel communication is key to working together and ultimately closing deals!
Once we receive your referral, we enter your client’s information into our CRM and park them at this stage. Within 15 minutes of adding them to the CRM, they will receive an email and a text message asking them to schedule a call with the Development Director. If they do not schedule a call at this point, we email and text them again 3 days later and then 8 days after that.
2. INITIAL CALL
Once an initial call is scheduled, individuals are moved into this stage. If you would like to be part of the initial call, we are happy to host you- just let the Development Director know as they are scheduling!
3. FDD REVIEW
After reviewing the business model, the Development Director will review our FDD with your client. Your client receives a link to our FDD and during the call, the Development Director walks them through the entire document and answers questions to make sure they feel comfortable.
4. FOUNDER CALL
At this stage, one of our Founders will host an interview with your client to answer any clarifying questions and to review the opportunity more in-depth.
5. VALIDATION CALLS
During validation, your client will have the opportunity to speak directly to current NEXTAFF Franchise Owners. This is a two-fold process; prospects get to ask questions about what it’s like to own and operate a NEXTAFF and current Owners get to learn a little about your client, and provide feedback on whether or not they feel they are a good fit.
6. DISCOVERY DAY
At Discovery Day, your client will meet the corporate team, tour the NEXTAFF corporate office, and learn everything they need to know to make a decision for themselves and their families. By the end of the day, they should have a comprehensive view of the brand and our corporate team will be able to decide if they are a good fit for the system.
7. FRANCHISE AWARDED
Congratulations, it has been mutually decided this is a great fit for both parties! Thank you for referring us the perfect NEXTAFF partner. At this point, you should feel satisfied you just changed an entrepreneur’s life, and to thank you for your effort, we are happy to write you a commission check!

Kera’s role is primarily described above and includes taking your client through the education process and being their main point of contact. Kera will be your go-to for any specific questions on your client and the progress they are making.

Lana’s primary focus is consultant education and support. If you have questions on NEXTAFF or want to learn the model more in-depth before referring a client Lana is happy to hop on an education call at any time!
Phil’s primary role is to ensure every candidate referred to Kera is qualified to enter the education process. We are looking for individuals with $150K in liquid capital, $175K in net worth, and who are ready to pull the trigger on a decision within 6 months.
Linton oversees the creation of all NEXTAFF related marketing materials. He works diligently with his team to provide your clients with Franchise Information Reports, Brand Overviews, and websites that accurately portray our value proposition and culture.

The core of NEXTAFF and the success of our model is based on our X-FACTOR proprietary method of hiring and recruiting that will statistically outperform a traditional staffing competitor or HR department by as much as 100%. While most staffing agencies use traditional methods such as manually reviewing resumes and conducting unstructured interviews, NEXTAFF builds profiles of the companies most successful employees, using a variety of methods including work samples, cognitive ability tests, and personality tests to ensure additional hires have complementary skill sets. The X-FACTOR method is what allows Franchise Owners to receive recurring revenue from clients as each new employee continues to be successful.
In 2019, our Average Revenues were $1,953,751 with an Average Gross Profit of $394,662. Also in our Item 19, we list our average breakeven at only 7 months!
REDUCED ROYALTY FEES
One of the biggest differentiators between NEXTAFF and other staffing companies is how we collect royalty payments. At NEXTAFF, our royalty fees are based on Gross Wages, not Gross Revenue or Gross Profit. Because the business is structured this way, NEXTAFF is usually 15%- 40% more cost-effective than our competition and Franchise Owners receive around 30% savings!
Compared to other staffing companies, we give extremely large territories to our Franchise Owners. Typically, Owners are able to do business in their entire county! Not only that, but NEXTAFF is available in almost all 50 states, which would be difficult for an individual staffing company to achieve based on workers’ compensation policies and the need for a large back office.

NEXTAFF Franchise Owners have access to a back-office that supports over 10,000 employees. While our Franchise Owners have their responsibilities, the NEXTAFF support team covers a variety of aspects needed for the business to run smoothly such as payroll, employee application compliance, a CRM platform with marketing and activity tracking, recruiting, and retention strategies, and much more!
