Once you refer a client to Kidcreate Studio they will be working specifically with the Development Director through the education process. The Kidcreate Studio Education Process
In an effort to be a great partner and communicate in real-time, any consultant who sends us a referral will receive automated emails as your client progresses through the above process as well as regular check-ins with our Development Director. We feel communication is key to working together and ultimately closing deals!
Once we receive your referral, we enter your client’s information into our CRM and park them at this stage. Within 15 minutes of adding them to the CRM, they will receive an email and a text message asking them to schedule a call with the Kidcreate Studio Development Director. If they do not schedule a call at this point, we email and text them again 3 days later and then 8 days after that.
2. INITIAL CALL
Once an initial call is scheduled, individuals are moved into this stage. If you would like to be part of the initial call, we are happy to host you- just let our Development Director know as he is scheduling!
3. BUSINESS MODEL OVERVIEW
After a successful initial call, our Development Director moves your client to the Business Model Review where they will join us for a 30-minute webinar that dives deeper into the business model, support, marketing, and more.
4. FDD REVIEW
During this stage, our Development Director will review our FDD with your client. They receive a link to our FDD and our Development Director walks them through the entire document and answers questions to make sure they feel comfortable. This is the last educational call prior to introducing your client to an existing Kidcreate Studio Franchise Owner and the Executive Team.
5. MARKET RESEARCH
Here the Development Director will work with your client to understand the viability of their market in supporting a Kidcreate Studio business. Your client will gain a better understanding of potential businesses to partner with and the demographics of their market.
6. CLEARANCE CALL
At this stage, our Founder, Lara Olson, will host a call with your client. She will answer any clarifying questions and review the opportunity more in-depth. If this call goes well, your client will be invited to speak with current Kidcreate Studio Owners.
7. PEER REVIEW
During the Peer Review step, your client will have the opportunity to speak directly to Kidcreate Studio Owners. This is a two-fold process; they get to ask questions about what it’s like to own and operate a Kidcreate Studio franchise. Also, Kidcreate Studio Franchise Owners get to learn a little about your client, and provide feedback on whether or not they feel it is a good fit.
8. DISCOVERY DAY
Following an executive review of your client’s progress through the first seven steps, we will then invite your client to Utah to spend the day with the Kidcreate Studio Executive Team. They will get to see the business model in action, attend training sessions with some Franchise Owners, and meet the support staff.
9. EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW
Within 48 hours of attending Discovery Day, we will set up a final interview with your client to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations for the partnership and go over any final details.
10. FRANCHISE AWARDED
Congratulations, it has been mutually decided this is a great fit for both parties! Thank you for referring us the perfect Kidcreate Studio partner. At this point, you should feel satisfied you just changed an entrepreneur’s life, and to thank you for your effort, we are happy to write you a commission check!

Kyle ’s role is primarily described above and includes taking your client through the education process and being their main point of contact. Kyle will be your go-to for any specific questions on your client and the progress they are making.
Charlotte’s primary focus is consultant education and support. If you have questions on Kidcreate Studio or want to learn the model more in-depth before referring a client, Charlotte is happy to hop on an education call at any time!
Kera’s primary role is to ensure every candidate referred to Kyle is qualified to enter the education process. We are looking for individuals with $75K in liquid capital, $200K in net worth, and who are ready to pull the trigger on a decision within 6 months.
Linton oversees the creation of all Kidcreate Studio – related marketing materials. He works diligently with his team to provide your clients with Franchise Information Reports, One-Pagers, and websites that accurately portray our value proposition and culture.
