RainTree was born from just three down-to-earth, simple guys, who had found real success in franchise recruitment and in building their own franchise brands. Their approach that led to this success?

Ultimately, we’ve found that it’s not that hard to recruit franchisees. The challenge is in only recruiting the right types of franchisees – those who are much more likely to be successful. It’s a long term strategy and sometimes it means we don’t get to recruit 30+ franchisees every year with every brand we work with. But we get to build brands based on solid foundations. And this is the only type of growth we’re interested in.
